For airports

Passenger information and live support, one QR code away

Zentro places a QR point in every area of your terminal. Passengers scan it and open that area's page on their own phone, in their own language.

How it works

  1. 1

    The passenger scans the code

Each area of the terminal has its own QR code, for example at check-in, at the gate or at baggage claim.

  2. 2

    The area's page opens

The page opens on the passenger's own phone, in their language. There is no app to install.

  3. 3

    The passenger gets help

From there they read information, ask the assistant, find their way or call a staff member on video.

Modules

Your team decides which of them appear on each area's page.

QR area pages

Every area of the terminal gets its own page and its own QR code. A tablet in the area can show the code on screen.

Live video support

Passengers talk to a staff member who speaks their language. When nobody is available, they leave a message.

AI assistant

Answers passengers' questions with your airport's own information.

Wayfinding

Shows the way on a map, from where the passenger stands to gates, desks and services.

Flight information

Passengers look up their flight and see its current status and gate.

Many languages

Pages, assistant and support work in the languages you choose, including right-to-left scripts such as Arabic.

Admin panel

Your team edits the pages, manages staff and sees how the service is used.

Your own brand

Each airport runs its own installation with its own address, logo and languages.

Zentro in use

Each airport runs Zentro at its own address. Open one to see it live.
